This may involve submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address dated within the last three months, and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used. Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks.

All funds deposited into a jajya9 account are held for the purpose of wagering on the jajya9 Platform. jajya9 does not pay interest on deposited player funds. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. jajya9 reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred or where the integrity of an event is in question. Settlement of cricket markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international bilateral fixtures — will be based on official match results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent).
